Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup (74 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
- 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup (20 g) old-fashioned oats
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) milk of choice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
