Bitter French

Ingredients
- 1 ounce Plymouth gin
- 1⁄4 ounce Campari
- 1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
- Champagne
- Garnish: 1 grapefruit twist
Instructions
- Shake the gin, Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice, then strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne. Squeeze the grapefruit twist over the drink, then discard.
