Bittersweet Symphony (Gin and Aperol Cocktail)
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces London dry gin
- 3⁄4 ounce Punt e Mes
- 3⁄4 ounce Aperol
- Garnish: 1 generous lemon twist
Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients with cracked ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
