Goat Cheese and Mushroom Canapés

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cremini stemmed and diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 36 toast points
Instructions
- Mix mushrooms with juice and oil; season with salt and pepper; let sit until wilted, 20 minutes. Mix with cheese, chives and thyme. Serve on toast points.
