Feta Dill Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
- 4 ounces crumbled feta, divided
- 1 cup fresh dill, divided
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, place yogurt, parsley, vinegar and all but 1 teaspoon feta and 1 teaspoon dill. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; top with remaining feta and dill and, if desired, pepper.
