Slow Cooker Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Stir in rice, cabbage, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cabbage is tender.
