Meatball Sub Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen meatballs
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (16 ounce) package hoagie rolls, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine meatballs, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in the hoagie roll cubes until well coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
