Ingredients

• Water 2 cups
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
• Vanilla bean Seeds scraped from 1/3 bean
• Chocolate Syrup 2 cups
• Seltzer 2 cups

Instructions

1. 1. In a medium saucepan, mix water, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla and bring to a boil.
2. 2. Take off heat, strain, and let cool.
3. 3. Add Chocolate Syrup to seltzer and stir. Divide among tall glasses.
