Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spread florets from 1 head of cauliflower out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the spices, sesame oil, and olive oil.
  2. Roast at 450° F for 20-25 minutes or until golden, fork tender, and crispy on the edges.
