Pierogi Dough
Ingredients
- 5 cups Flour
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 2 Eggs
- Cup Milk
- 1 TBS Salt
- 2 TBS Garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine and beat wet ingredients
- Combine all dry ingredients
- SLOWLY add wet mixture to dry in a mixer with dough hook
- Knead for 5 min dough should be kneaded and clean clear from sides, if not add tablespoons of flour as needed
- Let stand for 1 hour room temp before using for pierogi
