Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of almond flour, and 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.
- Add 1 large egg to the mixture and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a flatbread shape on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the flatbreads are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
