Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh rhubarb (1 medium stalk)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Place oats and milk in a blender and let soak for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
