Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, onto the pan.
- Layer the cheese slices on top of the bread in the pan.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich over to the other side.
- Continue cooking until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let it cool for a minute before serving.
