Soft Rye Bread Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices soft rye bread
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Lay out the 4 slices of soft rye bread on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard evenly on two slices of bread.
- Layer 2 slices of deli ham on each mustard-covered slice of bread.
- Place 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham on each sandwich.
- Evenly distribute the mixed greens on top of the cheese.
- Add slices of tomato over the mixed greens.
- Top each sandwich with the remaining slice of bread.
- Press down gently on each sandwich to hold the layers together.
- Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
