Easy Yeast Bread Recipe (No Knead)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 cups warm tap water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water and mix until no dry flour remains.
  3. Cover and rest for 12 - 18 hours at room temperature.
  4. Transfer dough to a floured surface, shape, and let rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake in a preheated dutch oven at 450°F for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered.
