Easy Yeast Bread Recipe (No Knead)

Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 2 cups warm tap water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and mix until no dry flour remains.
- Cover and rest for 12 - 18 hours at room temperature.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface, shape, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated dutch oven at 450°F for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered.
