Ingredients
- 3 scoops peach ice cream
- Grapefruit soda
- 1 ounce Campari (optional)
- Tarragon or lemon verbena sprig (for serving)
Instructions
- Place ice cream in a chilled tall glass. Top with soda and Campari, if desired, and garnish with tarragon
