Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  3. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
  5. Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, dried onion, salt, pepper, paprika and dill.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
