Ingredients

  • 1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 1 3/4 cups frozen cubed mango
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons matcha (green tea powder)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Purée ginger, mango, yogurt, matcha, vanilla, agave syrup, if using, and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender until smooth, then divide between glasses.
