Ingredients
- 2 oz. Cynar
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- Splash of grapefruit soda
- 1 (2x1-inch) strip grapefruit zest (for serving)
Instructions
- Pour Cynar and Prosecco into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top off with soda, stir gently to combine, and garnish with grapefruit zest.
