Braised Beef with Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Herb Crusted Fish

Ingredients
- 1 lb braised beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 lb potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 fish fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and coat the fish fillets.
- Place fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add green beans and sauté until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reheat braised beef in a pan with beef broth until warm.
- Serve mashed potatoes, braised beef, herb-crusted fish, and green beans on a plate.
