Crunchy Leafy Salad with Ground Beef and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
- Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced red onion, and sesame seeds.
- Add the cooled ground beef to the salad mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the salad.
- Add croutons for extra crunch.
- Drizzle mayonnaise over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve immediately on plates or in bowls.
