Swordfish with Miso Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/4 cup white miso
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the miso, mayonnaise, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the swordfish steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the swordfish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the swordfish steaks with the miso mayonnaise sauce drizzled on top and garnish with sesame seeds.
