Homemade Spiced Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
- Add olive oil to the nuts and mix until well coated.
- Sprinkle salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper over the nuts. Stir to ensure even coating.
- Drizzle honey over the nut mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
