Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces (1 jigger) Scotch
  • 1 1/2 ounces (1 jigger) sweet or dry vermouth
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • 1 lemon twist for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small cocktail pitcher combine the Scotch, the vermouth, the bitters, and 1 cup ice cubes, stir the mixture well, and strain it into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
